The Day After Yesterday (aka Today)

First I want to address the loss of an American Hero : George Denis Patrick Carlin (May 12, 1937 – June 22, 2008)
You will be deeply missed.

Aside from that bit of horrible news, things have been rather well lately.
Freenlance business is picking up a bit.
korridan.com is up... go easy on the critiques, I know absolutely nothing about web building.
I've been creating profusely lately and will have some new things to show here very soon.
I've also submitted a few pieces for display at a monthly art viewing here in San Antonio, called First Friday, so wish me luck there.
This is the first time I've ever been proactive and business-minded with regards to my art, and I must say it is quite exilarating.
That's all for now, I wish you all the best.

"There's no present. There's only the immediate future and the recent past."
-George Carlin

P.S. how do you featrue works in your gallery, can some one point me in the right direction?

Well it's been awhile since I posted anything of any importance here, so why start now. I've been doing design work for a print shop here in San Antonio, which is why I've been contributing so little lately. It's hard to motivate myself to go sit in front of my pc screen during my free time, when I spend eight hours a day doing just that. But I have tons of ideas and hopefully will find some time to dive into them.
I've started freelancing, but I really need help setting up a website, amybody with some web building knowledge out there willing to give a hand?
I'm also trying to go to back to school, but I can't really afford it, anybody with tons of money out there willing to give me a huge loan?
I've been broadcasting on 96.9 FM lately, mostly on the weekends, but if you happen to be within a mile or two of downtown San Antonio (and god help you if you are) then tune in to 96.9 KORR (of course) for some great programmed music. This weekend I'm gonna do all the NIN halos from the very first one to the latest album.
The new Raster chapter is out, despite lacking an entry from you're humble narrator there's a great collection of works. Arisu's and Lorenzo's work is always amazing, but Oliver Wetter's photomanips are really standing out in my opinion.
I just realized I've been on DA for five years now. I originally came here for winamp skins, linked from customize.org. I saw some digital art, and thought that's what I should be doing. And thanks to a great community and some great people, I've grown as an artist and a person. In fact, my gallery is literally a timeline of visible progression that still amazes me when I think about how I far I've come. There are a few people who I've never publicly acknowledged, whom I feel have had an impact on me.
:iconmiskis: The second person on my devwatch list she's literally been there from the very beginning with kind and caring words, I would have left this site years ago if not for her.
:iconwroth: The versatile archetype, I've always held him and his opinion in high regard, he's constantly reminding me to challenge myself.
:iconaeterea: The ethereal muse , no longer on DA, you can hear some of her work at www.myspace.com/discantia …;

Also:
:iconmelleciouss: :iconnoir: :iconpaula-rosa: :icondimstress: :icondholms:

So to all of you, and to those unmentioned, you have my undying gratitude.

Also, to anyone on xbox live, my gamertag is KORRIDAN, hit me up if you wish to get pwned. :)

To Lindsey, wherever you are I'm sorry I couldn't have been more.

Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Woe to the bloody city! I will even make the pile for fire great.
Heap on wood, kindle the fire, consume the flesh, and spice it well, and let the bones be burned.
Then set it empty upon its coals, that the brass of it may be hot, and may burn, and that the filthiness of it may be melted in it, that the scum of it may be consumed.
She hath wearied herself with lies, and her great scum went not forth out of her: her scum shall be in the fire.
In thy filthiness is lewdness: because I have purged thee, and thou wast not purged, thou shalt not be purged from thy filthiness any more, till I have caused my fury to rest upon thee.
I the Lord have spoken it; it shall come to pass, and I will do it; I will not go back, neither will I spare, neither will I repent; according to thy ways, and according to thy doings, shall they judge thee, saith the Lord God.

Ezekial 24:9
